Home / Production

Growing well, at scale.

Citrus, field crops, lucerne and livestock, structured as a producer and operator, not a trader.
Pillar one

Crops and livestock, planned to earn all year.

The production model is designed so that land, water, labour and machinery earn across seasons rather than in one harvest window. Crop programmes are selected against water security, soils, climate suitability and market demand, and every block is grown under engineered irrigation.

The disciplines that make this possible, from irrigation engineering and land development to harvest and handling, are covered under our strategic positioning.

What we grow

Priority production lines.

Citrus

Oranges, lemons and grapefruit developed as a flagship line, in the semi-arid light and frost free winters where orchard crops thrive under irrigation.

Field crops

Diversified irrigated rotations of field crops and vegetables, selected against water security, soils and market demand.

Lucerne

Alfalfa produced under irrigation, cut and baled as a dependable feed line for Namibia's livestock economy.

Livestock

Semi-intensive cattle production from rangeland through handling and feeding to processing and formal market offtake.
